An Unforgettable Evening -- Table 301 Style
Combine a dinner party and Chef de Cuisine; add party guests assisting in preparing the six course meal and you’ve got a fantastic interactive cooking and dining experience at the fabulous Soby’s Loft venue.
We provide a Table 301 Chef, and you provide six couples. Your Chef will bring all the ingredients for a six-course gourmet meal and the dinner guests will divide into “teams” (one team per course with couples splitting up to join different teams).
Each team will be in charge of preparing and serving one course of the meal, along with the Table 301 Chef. The evening will last about 3-3 1/2 hours. Wine pairings will be chosen by our Sommelier to complement each course.
All the dinner guests need to bring with them is an attitude to learn and have fun. Your Chef will provide all the necessary guidance, experience and some random humor. It will be an evening of good food, wine, culinary
education and tons of enjoyment!
Please schedule at least 3 weeks in advance • Based on availability • Not valid in the month of December • Tax and gratuity not included • Expires May 21, 2016

Children's Art Project
The Children’s Art Project has been a staple in the JDRF live auction for many years. As in year’s past, Liz Daly was kind enough to host us at her studio, Liz Daly Designs, to give the children the perfect space to get in touch with their artistic side. We are excited for this year’s piece, as there are many facets that make it quite interesting. One of the most exciting aspects of this project is the medium it was created with: diabetic test strips! The children came in over the course of two Sunday afternoons and painted each strip individually. They were able to choose the shades they wanted to paint placed the strips accordingly. You can see inconsistency in the landscape, which is each child’s contribution to the project.
Thank you to all the youth ambassadors who took the time to make this project possible! A special thanks goes to Megan Riordan, our Children’s Art Project Chair, in all her time and effort to make this a such a success.
